HOW TO COOK SOFT AND SWEET CHAPATI
Many people can cook chapati ,however not all of them can cook sweet and soft chapati. Here are simple steps you need to take in order to cook delicious, sweet and soft chapatis .
Requirements
Warm water
Baking flour
Cooking oil
Salt
A table spoon of sugar
Margarine
Steps
1. Pour the warm water in a bowl and add salt to the water as you test it to make sure that it's not less or excess.
2. Add the baking flour while mixing it with the water in order to make the dough.
3. Continue mixing while adding the baking flour until the dough stops sticking on your hand whenever you touch it.
4. Cover the dough for ten minutes.
5. Prepare a place where you will spread the dough such as a table.
6. Smear some flour on the table and put the dough on it .
7. Spread the dough on the using a cooking stick.
8. Smear some oil on the dough
9. Cut the dough into sections (rows or columns).
10. Mould the sections into balls and place them in another bowl .
11. Take one of the balls and spread it using the cooking stick to make a circular structure.
12. Add oil on a hot pan.
13. Put the circular dough on the pan and keep changing the sides on the pan until the chapati is golden brown.
14. Do steps 11,12 and 13 to all the remaining sections.
And yeah, you have your delicious, sweet and soft chapatis.
